How to meditate? Step 01. Take a seat. ( Find place to sit that feels calm and quiet to you) Step 02. Set a time span and limit. (5 - 10 - 15 minutes (30 Minutes)) Step 03. Close your eye and feel your breath. (Follow the sensation of your breath as it goes in and as it goes out) Experience a morning reset or evening wind-down through guided meditation.
